What Our Customers Say

Most people find us on a rough day — after a wreck, mid-claim, unsure who to hand their car to. The clearest read on what happens next comes from the drivers who’ve already been through it. So rather than tell you we’re good at this, here’s what our customers say on Google.

The reviews below are real, verified Google reviews from T&C customers — and there are dozens more where these came from. When your own repair is done, we’d be grateful if you added yours.

Quick Questions About Our Reviews

A few questions we get about reviews. If yours isn’t here, call the shop at (614) 471-0505 — we’re always glad to talk.

Are these reviews genuine?

Yes. Every one is a verified review left by a real customer on our Google Business Profile — Google links each to a Google account, and we can’t edit or delete them. The ones on this page are pulled straight from Google, and you can read them all on our listing.

How can I leave my own review?

The quickest way is the Leave a Review button above — it opens our Google listing where you can add a rating and a few words. You’ll need to be signed in to a Google account. It takes about a minute, and it genuinely helps the next driver deciding who to trust with their vehicle.

What if my experience fell short?

Then we want to hear about it directly, and soon. Call the shop and ask for the manager — most issues are things we can put right once we know. We’d far rather fix a problem for you than let it become a review we could have prevented; standing behind our work is the whole point.

Where can I see how the work is actually done?

The reviews tell you what it’s like to deal with us; our OEM repair standards page explains how the repairs themselves are done — the manufacturer procedures, the calibrations and the documentation behind each job. Between the two, you’ll have a clear picture before you ever call.
