Collision Repair in Central Ohio

Almost nobody lands on this page on a good day. Your vehicle is damaged, the insurer is asking questions, and suddenly you’re making decisions about something you never had a reason to learn. That’s the weight we lift off you. A single call opens the case, and from there we manage the tow, the estimate, the claim conversation, the repair and the calibrations that go with it — and hand the car back the way it was.

Every repair below follows the manufacturer’s published procedure for your exact vehicle: measured where measuring is called for, calibrated where calibration is called for, and documented so you can prove what was done. That’s the whole case, and it’s laid out in full in the OEM difference.

Not Drivable? Let Us Bring It In.

Free local towing is available to qualified customers based on location — just mention it when you open your case. Rental vehicles are available too, so you are not left sorting out a ride while your vehicle is with us.

What We Repair

Frame & Structural Repair

The structure that steers crash energy around you. Measured to diagnose, pulled straight on the rack, and measured again to prove it’s back within spec.

Frame repair →

Bumper Repair & Replacement

The cover is cosmetic; the absorber, reinforcement bar and crush cans behind it aren’t — and neither is the radar. We pull the cover and look.

Bumper repair →

Windshield & Auto Glass

Your windshield is bonded structure, not just a window — and the forward camera calibrates to it. We handle the glass and the calibration together.

Auto glass →

Dent Repair

For damage where the paint broke or the metal creased. Panels are reshaped before any filler, bare metal is primed, and color is matched to your car as it looks now.

Dent repair →

Paintless Dent Removal

When the finish survived, the dent lifts out from behind the panel and your factory paint is never touched. Quicker, cheaper, and the better repair.

Paintless dent removal →

Hail Damage

Dozens of shallow dents with the paint intact — the case paintless removal was made for. Counted properly under proper light, with the whole claim handled.

The last thing that happens to every job here. Not an add-on — just how the car goes back to you.

Refinishing happens in step with everything else — see paint and collision paint repair. Sensor work lives on ADAS calibration. And every job ends the same way: the vehicle is washed and vacuumed before the keys land back in your hand.

Why Drivers Choose T&C

  • One call handles all of it. Tow, estimate, claim, repair, calibration and a rental if you need one — without you stitching together four companies while your car sits idle somewhere.
  • Documented OEM procedures. We pull up the procedure for your specific year, model and trim instead of working from memory, and the operations it requires go on the estimate from day one.
  • OEM scan tools in-house. Factory tools read the build data your vehicle actually shipped with — where many shops lean on aftermarket tools alone.
  • I-CAR, ASE, PPG and 3M certified technicians and estimators. Certification on the estimating desk counts as much as on the floor — work that never reaches the estimate never gets done.
  • Insurance advocacy, not paperwork dumped on you. We draft the estimate and any supplements and take your insurer on directly. Ask us about deductible assistance on qualified insurance work.
  • A fixed local shop. A permanent Columbus address, a warranty you can find again later, and a repair record you can hand a future buyer.

Quick Collision Repair Questions

The questions we field most in the first day or two after an accident. If yours isn’t here, call the shop at (614) 471-0505 — we’re glad to walk you through it.

What’s the first thing I should do after an accident?

Once everyone’s safe and the police report is squared away, two things remain: getting the vehicle somewhere, and opening the claim. Neither has to happen in a set order, and neither has to fall to you alone. Call us and we can line up the tow, start the estimate from photos, and take the insurance conversation from there.

Do I have to use the shop my insurer suggests?

No. Your insurer may point you to a shop, and there can be sound reasons to consider one — but who repairs your vehicle is your call, not theirs. If you’d like us to carry the claim conversation for you, we do it all the time.

What will my repair cost?

No one can answer that from a photo, and anyone quoting a firm figure before seeing the vehicle is guessing. Estimates are free, written from a hands-on inspection, and include the operations your manufacturer requires rather than just the visible damage. You get the number before any work begins.

How long will my car be in the shop?

It hinges on the damage, on parts availability, and on how fast your insurer approves the work — supplements included. Light cosmetic jobs can be a few days; structural repair with calibrations takes longer. We give you a realistic timeline up front and tell you the moment it shifts, not at the end.

Can I get a rental while you have my car?

Yes. Rental vehicles are available, and we’d rather arrange that alongside the repair than leave you to chase it down yourself. Whether your policy pays for the rental comes down to your coverage, and we can review that with you.

My car still drives — do I really need it checked?

Drivable isn’t the same as undamaged. Crush cans collapse, sensors drift out of aim, and structures shift by amounts the eye can’t catch — often with no warning light at all. An inspection is free and quick, and it’s the only way to know whether the parts meant to protect you still can.

Will my car look the way it did before?

That’s the bar we work to, and it’s largely a paint question. Color is matched to your vehicle as it is now rather than to the factory code, and the repair is blended into the neighbouring panels so the eye never lands on an edge. If a repair can’t be brought to that standard, we tell you before we start, not after.

Will the repair be documented?

Yes — and hold onto it. You leave with a written record of what was done: the operations, the parts, any structural measurements and any calibrations. It protects you if a question surfaces later, and it makes for a far easier conversation with a future buyer than an undocumented repair.

Do I need an appointment?

An appointment gets you seen sooner, and you can request one online or send photos of the damage from your phone to get started. If the vehicle isn’t drivable, call us and we’ll arrange the tow.
